INTERLOCK CEILING

Interlock Ceiling is a versatile ceiling system designed to create modern linear and louver-style ceilings with greater flexibility in both installation and design. The system combines Interlock Ceiling profiles with specially designed aluminum interlock carriers, allowing each profile to be securely snapped into position for a clean and precise finish.

Unlike conventional louver installations that may require dedicated fixing points directly above each profile, the aluminum interlock carrier can be installed onto a suitable C-Line ceiling framework. This makes the system particularly practical for areas where the roof or ceiling structure has already been completed and direct fixing space is limited.

With multiple profile heights, widths, and spacing options, Interlock Ceiling provides architects and designers with greater freedom to create distinctive ceiling patterns, from clean uniform lines to dynamic multi-level compositions.

Flexible Installation

Creative Multi-Level Design

For example, C5560 and C55100 can be installed alternately to create a dynamic high-and-low ceiling pattern. Different profile combinations allow architects and designers to create unique rhythms, depths, and visual effects across the ceiling. ”

Customizable Spacing

“ The aluminum interlock carrier system is available with different spacing options, including 25 mm, 50 mm and 100 mm, allowing the spacing between ceiling profiles to be selected according to the desired design.

The gaps can be left open to create depth and shadow lines, or closed using B25, B50 or B100 gap covers for a cleaner, more continuous appearance. This provides even greater flexibility to customize the final ceiling design. ”
